LECHE MIGÁ

Ingredients:

Milk.

Sugar.

Bread.

Cinnamon stick.

 

Preparation:

Bring the milk to a boil, and when it's hot, add sugar (to taste) and a cinnamon stick. In a dish, place pieces of bread and pour the hot milk over them until you achieve the desired texture. Serve as a dessert, hot or cold. In the past, the dinner of the very elderly members of the household often consisted of a bowl of "migá" milk, very sweet, without cinnamon, with a piece of bread torn into pinches.
